The first step is to instruct us to carry out a market appraisal of your property. We’ll take into account achieved sold prices for comparable properties, as well as property demand and prevailing market conditions, to give you an accurate achievable asking price for your home.
The Details
Upon instruction, we’ll revisit the property to take quality photographs, prepare a floorplan, and note all the particulars in order to produce the full property listing and digital brochure. We’ll also organise for your property to have its Energy Performance Certificate prepared, a legal requirement when selling or letting a residential property.
Marketing
Your property will be marketed via a combination of tried and tested, traditional and modern methods as a strategy to cover all bases and to reach the widest audience. From our smart, elegant For Sale boards, to the global internet portals including rightmove.co.uk and zoopla.co.uk but also using online social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram.
Viewings
Our friendly, expert team will diligently handle all enquiries, liaising with you directly to book accompanied viewings, and also to provide fast feedback to keep you informed and updated with progress at all times.
Negotiating
We’ll expertly handle negotations on your behalf, working to achieve not only the highest possible asking price, but also the most proceedable, best-suited buyers.
Progressing the Sale
Once a sale has been agreed, you’ll continue to be looked after by one of our dedicated Sales Progressors to ensure everything moves along as swiftly and smoothly as possible. They will liaise between buyers, sellers, brokers, solicitors, surveyors, other estate agents in the chain, and most importantly you – to keep you updated on progress.
