Neil Durrant

Neil brings a wealth of industry knowledge and over two decades of experience in the property market. A proud member of both the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), Neil has established himself as a trusted and respected professional valuing, selling and letting residential properties, land and commercial premises. After earning his degree in Property Development from the University of Portsmouth, Neil embarked on a career with both corporate and independent estate agencies. His passion for the property sector led him to open his own letting agency, and project manage several residential and commercial refurbishments. In 2015, the company was expanded through the acquisition of Langford Rae, a long-standing and successful estate agency, where he continues to drive the company forward with his expertise and commitment to excellence. Outside of work, Neil enjoys quality time with his family, cheering on his beloved Tottenham Hotspur, and playing Sunday league football—whenever fitness permits!
